Changing Your Plan
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
- Open Storebeep in your Shopify admin.
- Go to the Plans page.
- Click Change Plan.
- You will be taken to the billing portal where you can browse available plans and compare features.
- Select the plan you want.
- Confirm the change. Payment is handled through Shopify's billing system.
- You will be redirected back to Storebeep with a confirmation.
When does the new plan take effect?
Plan changes take effect immediately. You will have access to the new features right away.
If you upgrade mid-cycle, billing is prorated, so you only pay for the remaining time in your current billing period.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can switch to a lower plan at any time using the same process. Keep in mind that if you downgrade, you will lose access to features that are not available on the lower plan (like custom email templates, exports, or custom sender domains).
Your subscriber data is never deleted when you change plans. You just may not be able to access certain features until you upgrade again.
What happens to my email credits when I change plans?
When you switch plans, your email credit limit updates to match the new plan. Credits used so far in the current billing cycle are carried over.
How does billing work?
Storebeep billing goes through Shopify's app billing system. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice alongside your other app and Shopify fees. You do not need to enter a separate credit card.
I changed plans but I do not see the new features
