Viewing Your Subscribers
Where can I see my subscribers?
Storebeep gives you several ways to view subscriber data:
Products page
Go to Products to see a list of all products that have at least one subscriber. Each row shows the product name, total subscriber count, and the most recent subscription date. Click Manage to see the details for that product.
Product detail page
Click into any product to see:
- A breakdown of subscribers per variant
- A full table of every subscriber with their email, WhatsApp number, variant, subscription date, and status
- Notification count (how many emails have been sent to each subscriber)
Subscribers page
Go to Subscribers for a combined view of all subscribers across all your products. This is useful when you want to search for a specific customer or see everything in one place.
Requests page
The Requests page offers a more advanced view with three tabs:
- Products: All products with subscriber counts and stock status
- Subscribers: All individual subscriptions with sorting and bulk actions
- Newsletter: Unique newsletter subscriber emails
How do I search for a specific subscriber?
Use the search bar on the Subscribers or Requests page. You can search by:
- Email address
- Product name
- Phone number
- Product ID
- SKU
Can I filter subscribers?
Yes. Most subscriber views include filters. You can filter by:
- All contacts
- Email only or WhatsApp only
- Active (waiting for notification)
- Notified (already received an email)
- Purchased
- Expired
- Newsletter subscribers
On the Requests page, you can also filter by date range and sort by newest, oldest, or number of emails sent.
Can I take bulk actions?
On the Requests > Subscribers tab, you can select multiple subscribers and:
- Mark as Notified: Useful if you have already contacted them through another channel
- Delete: Remove selected subscriptions (with a confirmation prompt)
