Exporting Subscriber Data

Can I export my subscriber data?

Yes. Storebeep lets you export subscriber data as a CSV file. This feature is available on the Pro plan and above.

How do I export subscribers for a specific product?

  1. Go to the Products page.
  2. Click Manage on the product you want to export.
  3. On the product detail page, use the filter dropdown to select which subscribers you want (e.g., All, Active only, Notified only).
  4. Click the Export button.
  5. A CSV file will download to your computer.

The CSV file includes:

  • Product ID
  • Variant ID
  • Email address
  • WhatsApp number
  • Subscription date

The file name follows the format: [ProductID]-[Date].csv

How do I export all subscribers?

On the Requests page, click the Export CSV button at the top. This exports all subscriber data based on your current filters and search.

How do I export newsletter subscribers?

  1. Go to the Newsletter page.
  2. Click Export CSV.
  3. A CSV file will download with all unique newsletter subscriber emails.

The newsletter CSV includes:

  • Email address
  • Status
  • Subscription date

The file name follows the format: newsletter-[Date].csv

Is there a limit on how many records I can export?

Yes. Each export can include up to 50,000 records. If you have more than that, try using filters to break it into smaller batches.

What can I do with the exported data?

Common uses include:

  • Importing subscriber emails into your email marketing tool (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify Email, etc.)
  • Analyzing demand for specific products
  • Sharing subscriber data with your team

I do not see the export button

The export feature requires a Pro plan or above. If you are on the Free plan, you will see a message prompting you to upgrade. Go to the Plans page to see your options.
