Choosing an Email Template

Where do I pick an email template?

1. Open Storebeep in your Shopify admin.
2. Go to the Email page.
3. You will see the Templates tab with a gallery of available templates.
4. Click on a template to preview it.
5. Select the one you want to use. It will show a "Selected" badge once active.

All notification emails will use the template you have selected.

What templates are available?

Storebeep comes with several pre-built templates:

• Free templates: Available on all plans. Clean, professional designs that work well for most stores.
• Premium templates: Available on Pro plan and above. These offer more polished designs with additional layout options.

Premium templates are marked with a badge in the template gallery. If you are on the Free plan and want to use a premium template, you will see a prompt to upgrade.

Can I create my own email template?

Yes. On the Pro plan and above, you can create a fully custom email template using HTML.

1. Go to the Email page.
2. Click the Custom Email Design tab.
3. Use the code editor to write your own HTML template.
4. A live preview shows you how it will look as you type.

Can I switch templates later?

Absolutely. You can change your template at any time. Just go back to the Templates tab and select a different one. Future emails will use the new template. Emails that were already sent will not change.
