Email Credits and Usage

What are email credits?

Email credits represent the number of back-in-stock notification emails you can send during a billing cycle. Each plan includes a specific number of credits. Every email sent to a subscriber uses one credit.

Where can I see how many credits I have used?

Go to the Plans page. You will see a progress bar showing:

  • How many emails you have sent this cycle
  • Your total limit for the cycle
  • When your credits reset

The progress bar turns red when you reach 80% of your limit, giving you a heads-up before you run out.

You can also see your email usage on the Dashboard in the Current Plan section.

When do credits reset?

Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. The reset date is shown on the Plans page. Credits do not roll over to the next cycle, so unused credits from the previous period are not carried forward.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you hit your email credit limit:

  • Subscribers are still collected normally. Customers can still sign up for back-in-stock notifications on your store.
  • Notification emails are paused. Storebeep will not send emails until your credits reset or you upgrade to a plan with a higher limit.
  • No data is lost. When your credits reset or you upgrade, pending notifications will be sent.

How can I get more credits?

You have two options:

  1. Wait for the reset. Credits refresh automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
  2. Upgrade your plan. Higher plans come with more email credits. Go to Plans > Change Plan to see your options.

Do credits count per email or per subscriber?

Per email. If you restock a product and 50 subscribers are notified, that uses 50 credits.
